Gosh I'm so bad about updating. 

I'm still doing good.  I weigh in tonight and I hope to lose at least 4 lbs. but I know that's a big goal.  I just want to be able to say "I've lost 10 pounds".  LOL

I'm still stuggling to eat all my points everyday.  It seems like during the day I try to save up all my points for dinner/dessert but then I've been making healthier dinners and desserts so I don't need all of those.  I'm going to try to refocus on eating more points during the day so I'm not so hungry all day and oh well if I run out of points at night. 

I worked out 5 days last week and this week I'm really focusing on working out 6 days.  I'm pretty sure I can do it because David is off today and I worked out and then when he's off on Sunday I plan on not working out.  So I can do it. 

Tomorrow I'm going to do the Slim and Firm DVD that kicked my butt on Thursday.  My legs hurt for 2 1/2 days after that work out.  On Thursday I want to do my 3 mile Advanced walk.  Hopefully my legs don't hurt too bad so I can do it.

I just ate my SBD southwestern chicken wrap for lunch---SOOOOO YUMMY!  Just not enough food, hehe!

*crosses fingers* Let's hope for a good weigh in tonight!

I have not been very good about updating this site!  Ooops , LOL.

So the big weigh-in was on Tuesday and I'm happy to report that I'm down 6 POUNDS!!!  YAY ME!!!!  That's definitley a good start.  I have a new goal in mind of having lost 38.4 lbs (10%) by the end of our 12 week biggest loser challenge.  Just 38.2 to go! 

I went shopping today at Lane Bryants and I got daring and bought myself some spring/summer clothes in size 22/24.  I hope that they fit me by the time I go to Chicago for the get together but if not that's okay.  They will definitley fit by June though!!!!!!!!  I bought the capri's in 24s and the t-shirts in 22/24.  I AM going to lose this weight.  I have to this time.  I look at my kids and I want to live to see them grow up.

I've also been thinking about getting a dress for next year's GM's dinner (YAY!) in a size 18/20 for motivation.  I will hang it in my bedroom so I have to look at it everyday and give myself motivation.

I've had a couple of challenging days.  I've been with Christine who is "doing" WW too but she's such a bad influence.  I did good though and stayed in my points everyday. 

I'm really loving my WW smoothies.  The other night I made it with strawberries and bananas and it was sooo yummy.  The next night I went to make one again and there were no strawberries so I made it with just banana and OMG!!!!!  It was delicious.  I'm having another one tonight!!!

A little NSV for me.  I went to the movies today and resisted the pretzels and cheese.  YAY me.

I had a good diet day today.  The only problem I have today is that I still have points left over and I don't feel very hungry but I am very tired.  I know I'm really suppose to eat my points everyday but I don't want to eat just to eat.  I'm not sure what to do.  But since I'm so tired I'm not going to over analyze it right now. 

Breakfast:  South Beach Southwestern Chicken Wraps (sooo yummy!)

Lunch:  Ham and cheese sandwich and an orange

Snack:  Sugar Free Jell-O (no points!)

Dinner: Turkey burger, seasoned potatoe wedges and steamed baby carrots

Snack:  Cottage cheese and pineapples

I also did 1/2 hour WATP Slim & Trim DVD


I was busy yesterday so I didn't get around to posting this until today!

Sunday:  February 12th

Well considering it was a blizzard and Xander's birthday I did pretty good.  Of course I was starving 1/2 to death most of the day so that I could indulge at dinner time!  I made baked ziti, sausage and a salad.  I stayed away from the sausage because at 9 points a link I was going there, LOL!  I did have a pretty decent size piece of birthday cake though and yum, it was goood!

No excercise though!  Overall though I'm pretty pleased at myself!

Breakfast:  SB Denver Omelet Wrap

Lunch: LC Beef tips portabella

Dinner:  Baked Ziti and salad w/ light ranch

Dessert:  Birthday cake
